Asparagus
- 1 stick MagicMix
- 2 pounds fresh asparagus stalks, cleaned and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375–400°F.

Prepare the asparagus by breaking off the tough ends. If the stalks are thick, peel them lightly, then place them in a mixing bowl.

Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil. Sprinkle MagicMix evenly over the asparagus and toss to coat.

Arrange the asparagus on a foil-lined baking sheet without crowding. Sprinkle with salt and roast for 25–30 minutes, or until tender but still crisp.
