Roasted Asparagus

  • 1 stick MagicMix
  • 2 pounds fresh asparagus stalks, cleaned and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375–400°F.
  2. Prepare the asparagus by breaking off the tough ends. If the stalks are thick, peel them lightly, then place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil. Sprinkle MagicMix evenly over the asparagus and toss to coat.
  4. Arrange the asparagus on a foil-lined baking sheet without crowding. Sprinkle with salt and roast for 25–30 minutes, or until tender but still crisp.
