Ingredients

1 stick MagicMix

2 pounds fresh asparagus stalks, cleaned and patted dry

1 tablespoon olive oil

¼ teaspoon salt

Roasted Asparagus

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375-400 degrees F.
  2. Prepare the asparagus by breaking off tough ends. If stalks are thick, peel lightly. Place in mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil. Sprinkle MagicMix evenly over the asparagus. Toss to coat.
  4. In a foil-lined baking sheet, arrange asparagus without crowding. Sprinkle with salt and roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender but still crisp.
