Kale Crisps

Serves 8 - 10

Ingredients

1 teaspoon MagicMix

3 cups kale leaves, ribs removed and leaves cut into small chips

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt – to taste

Kale Crisps

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Rub kale leaves with MagicMix blend and olive oil.
  3. Spread the seasoned kale leaves on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Toss at least once while the leaves are cooking.
  4. Remove tray from oven and sprinkle with salt. Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes before serving.
