Butternut Squash

Serves 4 - 6

Ingredients

1 stick MagicMix

4-6 slices, butternut squash

4-6 cloves of garlic, crushed well

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar

2 tablespoon cooking oil

½ teaspoon salt or to taste

Butternut Squash

Directions

  1. Except oil, toss all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add the squash rounds to it. Make sure they are not crowding the pan otherwise they could break.
  3. Loosely cover with foil for 2-3 minutes. Remove foil and let cook for another minute for a total of 3-4 minutes on first side. Then turn over the rounds to cook second side for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Serve it with other vegetable dishes or a stand alone item.
