Cocktail Almonds

Serves 8 - 10

Ingredients

3 cups whole almonds 

1 teaspoon MagicMix

¼ cup light brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons olive oil

Ground black pepper for garnish

Cocktail Almonds

Directions

  1. Toast the almonds in a dry pan over medium-low heat for 2 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Add olive oil and then MagicMix, brown sugar and salt. Stir for another minute, then transfer the almonds to a serving bowl or plate.
  3. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper.
