Preheat grill to medium, or oven to 400 degrees F.
Soak shrimp in a mixture of 1 quart water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda for 10-15 minutes. Drain and pat dry with a paper towel
In a large bowl, blend MagicMix, oil, garlic paste and salt. Add shrimp and toss. Let stand in refrigerator for several hours or at room temperature for 30 minutes. You can also skewer the shrimp before refrigerating and then refrigerate.
Skewer 4-5 shrimp on each stick and brush with oil. Grill shrimp on an oiled rack for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. If using an oven, place the skewers on the middle rack and roast for 10-12 minutes, broiling for the last 2 minutes.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
