Lime Peanuts

Ingredients

¼ teaspoon MagicMix

6 tablespoons lime juice

2 teaspoons salt

4 cups unsalted cocktail peanuts  

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
2. Whisk lime juice, MagicMix and salt in a large bowl. Add peanuts. Toss to coat.
3. Divide nuts between 2 large, rimmed baking sheets. Spread in an even layer.
4. Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until dry -- about 30-40 minutes.
5. Allow to cool completely before serving.
